About the role
The Doorman is the first and last point of contact for guests at Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, a luxury ocean‑front property. Located on a beachfront hillside just ten minutes from Casablanca’s city centre, the hotel features 184 spacious rooms, multiple dining venues, a spa, and an outdoor pool. This role embodies the brand’s commitment to warm, personalized service, ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive until they depart. The Doorman works alongside a dedicated front‑desk team to deliver the Four Seasons promise of exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the initial and final point of contact for all hotel guests.
- Warmly welcome guests, creating a memorable first impression.
- Assist guests with arrivals and departures, including handling luggage and coordinating transportation.
- Manage guest traffic flow at the hotel entrance and exit, ensuring smooth and efficient movement.
