Ethics & Compliance Expert – Iberia

About the role

CEVA Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions and part of the CMA CGM Group, is seeking an Ethics and Compliance Expert for the Iberia region. The role will support the development and implementation of ethics and compliance strategies, ensuring alignment with global policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute proactively to the strategy for the assigned ethics and compliance area and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide timely advice and support to business development initiatives and ensure customer needs are met with high ethical standards.
• Manage compliance risk assessments, policies, procedures, training programs and communications.
• Oversee confidential reporting structures and lead corporate compliance investigations.
• Handle third‑party risk management and support M&A activities from a compliance perspective.
• Support the establishment of standards based on global policies, applicable laws and local industry codes.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Business or a related field at Master level.
• 5–7 years of experience in compliance, law or related areas within multinational companies.
• Proven experience implementing and monitoring compliance programmes.
• Expertise in at least two core areas such as human rights, trade compliance, data privacy or competition law.
• Strong listening, influencing and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset.
