Executive Chef

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of our luxury resort, overseeing all restaurants, bars, banqueting functions and in‑villa dining. The role combines creativity, operational excellence and strong leadership to deliver unforgettable gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative menus, recipes and presentation concepts aligned with the resort’s culinary vision.
• Lead, inspire and coordinate all kitchen teams across multiple outlets.
• Ensure quality, freshness, consistency and timely preparation of all food offerings.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety.
• Manage food, labour and kitchen costs, budgeting, forecasting and waste reduction.
• Oversee procurement, inventory control and supplier relationships.
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop culinary talent, establishing performance standards.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to enhance overall guest experience and respond to feedback.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or professional certification in Culinary Arts or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisines, culinary trends and luxury dining concepts.
• Proven leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and understanding of HACCP and hygiene standards.
