F&B Support Expert

About the role

The Guest Service Support Expert ensures that food and beverage operations run smoothly at a Ritz‑Carlton property in Rabat. You will prepare service areas, assist kitchen staff, and maintain cleanliness to help create a memorable and unique guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and service stations for dining areas.
• Assist kitchen personnel with basic tasks and replenish supplies as needed.
• Clean work areas, remove waste, and ensure all surfaces meet hygiene standards.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unaided and up to 50 lb with assistance.
• Read and verify menu information to support accurate service.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior experience required; previous experience in a food‑and‑beverage environment is a plus.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move on uneven or slippery surfaces for extended periods.

• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects as described.
• Basic reading and visual verification of menu details.
