Field Manager

About the role

Smollan Morocco is seeking a dynamic Field Manager to lead and optimise field operations across the country. You will be responsible for ensuring retail execution excellence, meeting client KPIs, and building a high‑performing field team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop Assistant Field Managers, Field Supervisors and Merchandisers.
• Plan and manage route schedules, call cycles and team deployment for optimal store coverage.
• Execute field activities in line with client standards and Smollan service agreements.
• Conduct store audits, field visits and resolve escalated store‑level issues.
• Own client KPI delivery, including distribution, share of shelf and activation compliance.
• Prepare and present operational performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Recruit, onboard, train and conduct performance reviews for the field team.
• Manage field team expenses, attendance and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in retail or field operations.
• Strong client‑focus with a track record of meeting KPI targets.
• Excellent people‑management and coaching abilities.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
• Resilience and agility to adapt to changing client needs.
