Field Manager (Merchandising) – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Manager (Merchandising) to lead and optimise on‑ground FMCG campaigns in Casablanca. You will oversee field teams, ensure flawless activation execution and turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, structure and supervise field teams to achieve high performance across all locations.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor in‑store activations, marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse field data, delivering performance reports for strategic decisions.
• Coach and develop supervisors, merchandisers and promoters, fostering continuous improvement.
• Design and implement processes that improve efficiency, optimise resource allocation and control costs.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, processes and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Trade, Marketing, Operations or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in field management, preferably in FMCG or retail environments.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale activations and field teams.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Fluency in English.
• FMCG experience is mandatory.
