Finance Controller – Manufacturing

About the role
CANPACK Morocco is seeking a Finance Controller to join its finance team in Nouaceur. The role supports a fast‑paced manufacturing environment by handling financial planning, performance analysis, cost control, and strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Monitor financial performance and analyse variances.
- Prepare accurate management reports and financial analyses.
- Support month‑end closing and ensure data accuracy.
- Partner with operational teams to improve business performance.
- Identify cost optimisation opportunities and monitor key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial controlling or management controlling, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Professional proficiency in English and French.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel.
- SAP (asset).
