About the role
Save the Children International is seeking a Global Sourcing and Supplier Manager to support its Strategic Sourcing Team. The role is remote with flexible working options and will contribute to delivering quality goods and services that enable impactful programmes for children worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Lead designated categories of spend, developing and executing sourcing strategies to maximise value and impact.
- Manage global supplier relationships within assigned categories, ensuring performance, compliance and cost efficiency.
- Support local procurement teams through training, capacity building and ad‑hoc guidance.
- Maintain and update procurement policies, procedures and tools to ensure relevance and understanding.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing Team to align global sourcing initiatives with organisational priorities.
Required profile
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management or supplier management on a global scale.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on sustainability and service excellence.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Unrestricted right to work in the chosen location and willingness to travel up to 5% internationally.
