Guest Relation Agent

About the role

The Guest Relation Agent joins the Front Office team to deliver an exceptional experience for guests from check‑in through check‑out. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations, accurate audits, and high‑level service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries promptly and achieve positive outcomes.
• Manage check‑in, check‑out and audit procedures efficiently.
• Communicate guest feedback and relevant information to the Guest Service Manager.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of room categories, rates, packages, promotions, and hotel products.
• Maximize room occupancy through up‑selling hotel services and facilities.
• Process foreign currencies, credit cards and cash according to hotel credit policy.
• Follow security, fire, health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
• Operate front‑of‑house equipment and property management systems (PMS) correctly.
• Support other departments as needed and uphold brand standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑focused industry.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills and excellent grooming.
• Calm, organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
• Professional demeanor with a hospitality focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competent IT proficiency.
