About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every guest experiences a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the hotel. This full‑time position focuses on delivering the Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards in housekeeping, from rooms to public areas.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and stock housekeeping carts.
- Clean guest rooms and public spaces to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.
- Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods.
- Professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication.
- Commitment to quality standards, safety, and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in standard housekeeping functions and cleaning techniques.
- Understanding of the Ritz‑Carlton Gold Standards, Employee Promise, Credo, and Service Values.
