HR Coordinator

About the role

The HR Coordinator will oversee strategic support functions such as transportation, cafeteria services, and disciplinary processes while ensuring compliance with internal regulations and legislation. This role works closely with production managers and senior leadership to align HR practices with performance and well‑being objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of support functions (transportation, cafeteria, discipline).
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance of all HR processes.
• Monitor and report key HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, workplace accidents) via dashboards.
• Handle disciplinary cases, validate sanctions, and ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate health‑insurance files, track reimbursements, and manage complex cases.
• Participate in defining and updating HR policies and internal regulations.
• Organize schedules with production managers and propose process improvements.
• Implement internal communication tools such as company newsletters.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an industrial or production environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping and regulatory compliance.
• Good English communication skills.
