HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager is a key member of the plant management team, responsible for aligning people strategies with operational goals. You will ensure that safety, productivity and cultural initiatives are integrated across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to plant KPIs by driving employee engagement and accountability.
• Promote and embed the Tenneco culture throughout the plant.
• Support individual development plans that foster organizational growth.
• Facilitate clear, direct communication using radical candor and emotional intelligence.
• Partner with the Plant Manager and functional leaders to analyse and forecast workforce needs.
• Lead the execution of workforce planning and related objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years leading an HR function in a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Strong understanding of operations, productivity targets, processes and safety requirements.
• Strategic vision with excellent communication skills.
• Proven track record supporting operational excellence.
• Ownership mindset and proactive approach.
