HR Manager – Morocco

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to design and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy for our operations in Morocco. The role combines deep knowledge of the local labor market and legal framework with the ability to align the country’s HR practices with the group’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the HR strategy for Morocco, integrating local labor market characteristics and legal requirements.
• Coordinate internal resources to achieve HR goals and ensure smooth HR operations.
• Lead overall HR, administration, and EHS management at the Morocco factory.
• Plan and manage recruitment, including channel development, staffing plans, labor cost budgeting, and emergency personnel plans.
• Design and deliver employee training programs, evaluate effectiveness, and support skill development.
• Oversee compensation management, salary system adjustments, payroll processing, and budget preparation.
• Manage performance appraisal processes in compliance with Moroccan labor law and promote employee engagement.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and system processes to meet both group standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and HR best practices.
• Ability to develop strategic HR plans and translate them into operational actions.
• Experience managing recruitment, training, compensation, performance, and employee relations.
• Excellent analytical and budgeting skills.
