HR Trainer

About the role

At TE, the HR Trainer will work with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to help build a safer, more sustainable and connected world. The role focuses on delivering training and support across the HR Solutions Partners function, covering employment, employee relations, recruitment, termination and HR data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs on employment and employee‑relations processes.
• Support recruitment teams by providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques.
• Assist in managing termination procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collect, analyse and report HR metrics to inform decision‑making.
• Implement HR policies at country, regional or global levels in partnership with management.
• Drive company‑wide HR initiatives and programs that promote a culture of inclusion and innovation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in human resources or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong alignment with TE’s core values: integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation and teamwork.
