About the role

As a Hygiene Supervisor at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and staff. You will oversee health, safety, food, and fire protocols across designated hotels, ensuring every stay reflects Hilton’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support hotel safety compliance by overseeing health, food, fire, and security protocols.
• Implement risk‑management practices and enforce company health‑and‑safety policies.
• Conduct regular audits, accident investigations, and food‑safety checks, documenting findings and driving corrective actions.
• Deliver training on food hygiene, fire safety, and other compliance topics; maintain accurate training records.
• Monitor fire‑safety systems in partnership with Facilities, testing detection and sprinkler systems and reporting deficiencies.
• Assist Facilities in supervising contractor activities to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
