IBP Manager

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey in Casablanca as an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager. You will lead the IBP process across Maghreb markets, aligning commercial, finance, marketing and business planning functions to drive financial optimization, risk management and balanced demand‑supply execution.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams to achieve cross‑functional objectives.
• Serve as the single point of contact for supply and demand decisions, providing comprehensive support to the Market Management team.
• Interpret long‑term market strategy and proactively trigger operational decisions to meet future requirements.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives that support PMI’s market, operations and supply‑chain strategies.
• Collaborate with departments such as Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing to ensure IBP effectiveness.
• Support market budgeting and target‑setting by ensuring a robust IBP process.
• Manage, motivate, monitor and evaluate the Market IBP team to maintain high performance.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies and EHS regulations.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field (post‑graduate diploma a plus).
• 8‑10 years of experience in FMCG or electronics, with exposure to supply chain, sales strategy, business planning or finance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project/product prioritisation, driver‑based planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerBI, and familiarity with AI‑assisted tools such as Copilot.
• Solid understanding of finance principles (P&L, cash flow) and budgeting cycles.
