IBP Manager

About the role

Join PMI’s transformation journey as an Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager in Casablanca, driving cross‑functional planning for the Maghreb markets. You will lead the IBP process, align demand and supply, and support strategic decisions to achieve financial and operational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the Market IBP process with Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Business Planning teams.
• Serve as the single point of contact for supply and demand decisions, providing business support to Market Management.
• Translate long‑term market strategy into operational actions and trigger strategic decisions.
• Lead or contribute to global and local initiatives aligned with PMI’s market, operations, or supply‑chain strategies.
• Collaborate with Commercial Strategy, Finance, Business Development, Marketing and other departments to ensure IBP effectiveness.
• Support market budgeting and target setting through robust IBP processes.
• Manage, motivate and evaluate the Market IBP team to maintain high efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies and EHS rules.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field (post‑graduate diploma a plus).
• 8‑10 years of experience in FMCG or Electronics, with exposure to supply chain, sales strategy, business planning or finance.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project/product prioritisation, driver‑based planning and forecasting.
• Understanding of finance principles, P&L, cash‑flow and budgeting cycles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI (and other Office applications).
• Experience with SAP and supply‑chain planning tools such as E2OPEN suite or O9.
• Familiarity with financial planning systems.
• Strong predictive and prescriptive analytics capabilities.
