Implementation Consultant – Remote B2B SaaS

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B SaaS implementation projects for our clients. Working remotely, you will guide customers from kickoff through Go‑Live, ensuring a smooth transition of procurement and financial processes onto our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, acting as the main point of contact from initial kickoff to a fully operational live product.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map client procurement and finance workflows and translate requirements into customized platform configurations.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation and migration of vendor lists, budgets, item catalogs and other business data.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client teams to operate the platform independently.
• Create structured enablement resources such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides and short video workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product and QA teams to escalate blockers and turn client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, with confidence in leading business meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP or CRM solutions and guiding change management.
