Influencer Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to design and execute influencer campaigns for a fast‑growing US startup. The role is fully remote and focuses on sourcing creators, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Source, vet, and onboard influencers on Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Lead high‑volume outreach, aligning creators with campaign objectives and brand tone.
• Develop and manage briefs, scripts and video assets to ensure timely, on‑brand delivery.
• Track engagement metrics, analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong influencer relationships through consistent communication.
• Update talent databases and compile clear, actionable influencer campaign reports.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong outreach skills with a high‑volume sourcing and relationship‑building mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, data‑driven and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
