Infrastructure Security Project Manager

About the role

The Infrastructure Security Project Manager will lead major security and infrastructure initiatives, coordinating across multiple teams to deliver transformation projects on time and within scope. This position requires strong communication, risk management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute infrastructure transformation or evolution projects.
• Manage operational risk and prioritize actions to meet project goals.
• Report project status, activity, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues, propose improvements, and ensure alignment with security standards.
• Lead teams of experts and architects, typically 10 FTE, for project durations of 3‑12 months.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing infrastructure projects, including staffing and fixed‑price engagements.
• Proven leadership in international contexts with strong ITIL knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Expertise in at least one infrastructure domain (Security, Cloud, DevOps, Systems, Networks, Middleware, Databases).
• PMP certification.
• CISSP or CCSP certification (mandatory).
• Experience with Agile project management.
• Knowledge of Oracle migrations, server security enhancements, flow migration, and application isolation.
