Inside Sales Associate – English & French Speaker

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Associate to join its Casablanca team. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, promoting the company’s IT solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM data.
• Generate sales reports to monitor progress and provide insights.
• Become familiar with the portfolio of servers, storage, networking, security and cloud solutions.
• Present product and service information to customers, assess their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate offerings, answer questions and handle objections.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1) and intermediate English (B2).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Open to recent graduates.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings.
