About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who speaks Italian to support its customers in Morocco. The role involves promoting Arrow’s technology solutions and assisting clients in finding the right products.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain sales records, update CRM data and generate sales reports.
- Become familiar with the company’s products and services.
- Provide customers with information on products and services.
- Assess customers’ needs and propose adapted solutions.
- Conduct Teams or phone meetings to demonstrate products, answer questions and address objections.
Required profile
- Fluent level in Italian.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate with other departments.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
