Inside Sales Representative – Telesales

About the role

This position manages a portfolio of selected reseller accounts, building strong relationships with key clients to drive sales of Epson’s Audio‑Visual and printer product ranges. Operating from an inside‑sales environment, you will focus on expanding revenue through proactive outreach and strategic account development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain contact with non‑field‑managed reseller accounts and achieve KPI targets such as 40% year‑on‑year account growth, talk‑time and effective‑call metrics.
• Cold‑call prospective resellers using promotions and campaigns, qualify leads and guide them through to closure while coordinating with internal departments.
• Upsell and cross‑sell Epson product lines, assisting partners in attaining rebates and aligning them with the appropriate partner programme.
• Promote accounts to ‘Field Managed’ status and ensure opportunities are accurately pipelined and forecasted.
• Collaborate with business‑unit heads on large opportunities to secure stock availability.
• Represent Epson at trade shows, exhibitions and solution briefings as required.
• Identify resellers eligible for Plus Silver accreditation.

Required profile

• Experience in telesales, inside sales or call‑centre environments is advantageous.
• Good level of education and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to sustain high activity levels and remain calm after setbacks.
• Strong administrative capabilities and a positive, can‑do attitude.
