Junior AI Platform Support Engineer

About the role

Join Cnexia’s fast‑growing team as a Junior AI Platform Support Engineer. You will help keep production applications and infrastructure running smoothly while leveraging AI and large language models to improve support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for applications and infrastructure in production environments.
• Monitor, investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents to ensure service continuity.
• Perform incident analysis, identify root causes, and manage escalation when needed.
• Apply DevOps principles and practices to day‑to‑day production operations.
• Use AI tools and LLM technologies to enhance troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose problems and maintain stable services.
• Support cloud‑based environments and contribute to continuous operational improvements.

Required profile

• University or college degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in DevOps, application support, or infrastructure support.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and incident‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience supporting applications or infrastructure in production.
• Solid understanding of DevOps principles and tools.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud.
• Exposure to tools such as Gemini and GitHub.
