About the role

Join Lear Corporation’s Kenitra ES Plant as a Laboratory Quality Engineer, supporting automotive production with high‑precision testing and quality assurance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the calibration of test and measurement equipment.
• Develop work instructions for measuring and testing equipment.
• Perform Gage R&R studies for measurement tools.
• Create and maintain poka‑yoke lists for daily verification.
• Define beam characteristics based on customer requirements, DFMEA and warranty data.
• Analyze new components such as sections, insertion, tearing force, and terminal crimping.
• Validate tooling and material across all production lines.
• Compile start‑up information for new lines or engineering changes.

Required profile

• Engineering university degree.
• Ability to work in a high‑tempo environment and collaborate across the organization.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, deadline‑oriented.
• Strong decision‑making and continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Proficiency in English and French, both spoken and written.

Required skills
