Lead Digital Workplace (H/F)

About the role

The Lead Digital Workplace is responsible for providing employees with the tools and platforms they need to work mobile, collaboratively, and beyond the traditional desktop. This senior position manages a team that oversees the technical foundation of work equipment, collaboration platforms, and video‑conference rooms.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Digital Workplace (DWP) standards and norms.
• Act as the technical reference for the organization and its subsidiaries on all DWP technologies.
• Govern and monitor DWP assets and equipment.
• Develop and expand the service portfolio to make services available across the extended enterprise.
• Maintain, administer, and secure the DWP ecosystem.
• Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support to end‑users of the service offering.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Systems, Networks or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT environments, with significant experience in Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace / Workplace Engineering.
• Proven team‑management and IT project/service leadership experience.
