About the role
We are looking for a Logistics Outbound Specialist to ensure smooth and efficient outbound logistics operations. You will work closely with third‑party logistics providers, monitor transportation performance and help drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor domestic outbound plans and manage 3PL transportation.
- Prioritize and fulfill customer orders on time.
- Track delivery programs and resolve any delivery issues.
- Manage logistics freight rates and perform cost analysis.
- Check warehouse and shipping vendor security compliance.
- Analyze and report weekly KPI results.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data.
Required profile
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar logistics or outbound transportation role.
- Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
