Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of the property, guests, and employees by monitoring access, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. This full‑time, onsite position requires a proactive approach to risk management and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas, secure rooms, and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Prepare detailed incident reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards, and escort unwelcome persons.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and company policies.
• Support management in training, coaching, and motivating staff.

Required profile

• Experience in loss prevention, security, or related field.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle emergencies, and make quick decisions.
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, run, and lift objects up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
• Willingness to comply with any additional licensing or registration requirements.
