Maintenance Specialist (Preventive & Predictive)

About the role

COFICAB is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to develop and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance policies, ensure equipment availability, and support field teams in diagnosing critical failures.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance policies, checklists, and technical documentation.
• Prioritize work requests, schedule work orders, allocate resources, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Provide on‑site support for complex equipment problems and verify the quality and accuracy of intervention reports.
• Monitor equipment performance, analyze critical failures, and drive continuous improvement using TPM, FMEA and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar maintenance role within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, automation, pneumatics and hydraulic systems, and continuous‑improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in French and English.
