Material Planner – Logistics Department

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Material Planner to join our Logistics Department. The role focuses on maintaining supply‑chain plans, analysing inventory, and ensuring that production schedules align with demand forecasts and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust supply‑chain plans to meet demand forecasts and customer needs.
• Perform weekly analysis of finished‑goods and raw‑material inventory.
• Update and communicate the weekly production schedule.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and control material flows across the supply chain.
• Track and report key performance indicators related to supply‑chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve supply‑chain issues.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and development of the Hirschmann Automotive management system.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Quick learning aptitude and adaptability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with the Hirschmann Automotive management system or similar ERP tools.
