Mesh CAD Technician

About the role

The Mesh CAD Technician will create finite‑element (FE) meshes used in analysis of automotive seating components. Working from the Rabat Technopolis R&C Center, you will ensure mesh quality and timely delivery while collaborating with a global FEA team.

Key responsibilities

• Independently mesh automotive seating parts, including plastic, foam, and structural components.
• Choose appropriate meshing strategies (shell, solid) based on project needs.
• Manage incoming CAD data, verify completeness, and perform geometry clean‑up.
• Communicate directly with CAD and FEA engineers to align requirements.
• Apply FE meshes to geometrical parts and ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with international members of the global FEA group.

Required profile

• Bac +2 technical degree or equivalent technical qualification (design draftsman, technical worker, etc.).
• Initial experience with CAE tools or other 3D computer programs.
• Willingness to learn and develop further in mesh generation.
• Motivated, flexible, and team‑oriented work style.
• Proficiency with the MS Office package.
• Intermediate spoken and written English.
