Missions principales

• Provide exceptional guest service during the night shift, acting as the primary point of contact for all guest inquiries and requests.
• Manage all front desk operations including seamless check-ins, check-outs, and guest arrivals/departures.
• Perform accurate night audit procedures and manage daily financial reconciliations and cash handling.
• Execute concierge duties and manage high-volume telephone communications with professionalism.
• Ensure all guest interactions and administrative tasks strictly adhere to the hotel's luxury standards and pre-opening policies.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or a similar high-end customer service environment.
• Ability to maintain a polished, professional appearance and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic pre-opening environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail regarding financial and administrative accuracy.

Competences requises

• Trilingual proficiency: Fluent in Arabic, French, and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and standard office software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and autonomy during night shifts.
