Planning Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Planning Officer to join ATMA, a Hop Lun subsidiary in Morocco. The role supports the end‑to‑end production flow of intimate apparel, swimwear, activewear and nightwear, ensuring materials and samples are available on time and shipments meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Secure overseas material arrivals within standard lead times.
• Monitor sample development and maintain regular follow‑up with buyers.
• Coordinate with overseas partners to guarantee technical packages and sample materials are delivered before deadlines.
• Work closely with factory technical teams to meet customer specifications.
• Track production progress and ensure 100 % on‑time shipment.
• Execute orders according to the established Time and Action Plan.
• Collect fit comments, maintain records, and transfer information to technical and QA teams promptly.
• Maintain weekly and monthly stock records and report material status to both overseas and local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Experience in garment manufacturing (including internships).
• Ability to handle production, material, and inventory planning, control, and scheduling.
• Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to motivate colleagues.
• Proactive, business‑growth driven, sales‑oriented and customer‑focused.
• Fluent in English and French.
