Plant Engineering Leader – Automotive Projects

About the role

As a Car Leader you will head a plant engineering team at Lear's Kenitra facility, driving automotive projects from concept to launch while meeting customer milestones and budget targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive project timing to ensure on‑schedule delivery.
• Lead the launch of new automotive projects.
• Support the plant in achieving forecasted efficiency targets.
• Prepare and follow up on customer milestone deliverables.
• Establish and track CAPEX initiatives.
• Implement customer change requests and specifications according to program timelines.
• Introduce new technologies and work methods to optimize labor and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical or related).
• Minimum 4 years of automotive project management experience.
• Proven experience with first‑wiring processes.
• Strong project management competencies and ability to prioritize work.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
