Pre-Sales Solution Manager – Morocco

About the role

Whale Cloud is seeking a Pre‑Sales Solution Manager to join its Morocco team, based in Casablanca or Rabat. You will act as the technical bridge between local customers and the China headquarters, delivering end‑to‑end pre‑sales support for telecom operators, financial institutions, and government enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with telecom, finance and government clients to uncover business pain points and design tailored technical and business solutions.
• Conduct on‑site solution roadshows, technical presentations and live product demos for stakeholders at all levels.
• Prepare tender documents, technical proposals and quotations, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure coherent solution logic.
• Monitor local industry policies and digital transformation trends, continuously learning new products and technologies.
• Facilitate collaboration between sales, product, R&D and delivery teams to guarantee smooth pre‑sales progress.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability for regular client visits across Morocco.
• Professional fluency in French, Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑level projects, preferably with telecom operator IT projects and BSS/OSS solutions.
• Strong presentation and live demo skills, able to address diverse client audiences.
• Self‑motivated learner with the ability to quickly absorb new industry knowledge and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities for multi‑department and cross‑regional teamwork.
