Process Lab Technician

About the role

The Process Lab Technician supports the CME Lab by performing validation, testing, and maintenance activities on cable and equipment processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with SOPs, providing training, and contributing to continuous improvement of new processes.

Key responsibilities

• Run crimp, splice, sealing, cable and soldering validations in the CME Lab.
• Provide training on specific processes and support SOP implementation for new processes.
• Test new equipment for capability analysis and perform preventive maintenance on CME equipment and facilities.
• Operate CME equipment for lab activities and actively seek solutions for new processes.
• Execute cable and terminal test release procedures.
• Apply knowledge of chemical handling, storage requirements, and waste circuit management.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed SOPs and safety procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset for process improvement.
• Willingness to work in a laboratory environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
