Process Quality Engineer – Automotive Electronics

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Process Quality Engineer to join our automotive electronics team in Tangier Free Zone. The role focuses on maintaining and improving product quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise IPQC activities across production lines.
• Manage on‑site controls including measuring equipment, fixtures, inspections, 5S, safety and environmental aspects.
• Perform inspections on raw materials, packaging, intermediates, outsourced components and finished products.
• Identify non‑conformities, conduct root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of inspection and measuring tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain IPQC systems, standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners on all quality‑related topics.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in process quality within automotive electronics.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Practical experience in audits (auditor certification is a plus).
• Proficiency in 8D, QRQC, PPAP, APQP and other problem‑solving methods.
• Solid background in inspection and testing tools with an innovative mindset.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
