About the role
The Processing Agent works on the first shift to transform harvested cannabis flower into finished product. This position ensures that every step of the processing chain meets strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Process harvested flower material using heavy machinery such as the Mobius trimmer and treatment machine.
- Grate, sort, weigh, and log processed material accurately.
- Collect samples and perform quality‑control tests.
- Maintain a sanitary work environment and follow PPE requirements.
- Safely transport finished product from the work area to storage.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in food production or a similar manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict health‑safety policies.
- Precise measurement, packaging, and labeling skills.
- Effective time‑management and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Heavy machinery operation (Mobius trimmer, treatment machine).
- Accurate weighing, logging, and sample testing.
- Compliance with sanitation and PPE protocols.
