Production Planner

About the role

Versigent is seeking a Production Planner to coordinate customer programs and ensure production orders are scheduled under optimal conditions of deadlines, quality, and service. You will work closely with the Planning Coordinator, production teams, and client planners to translate demand into actionable manufacturing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and share delivery status updates with internal staff.
• Consult production teams on the feasibility of proposed schedules.
• Receive, analyze, and validate planning data received from clients.
• Communicate with client planners to confirm any changes in demand.
• Inform production and engineering of reference or level changes.
• Assess short‑ and medium‑term production capacity against client programs.
• Issue manufacturing orders and monitor their execution.
• Coordinate and forward any changes to relevant departments.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Logistics, or an equivalent qualification.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
