Production Supervisor – Dairy/Cereal Manufacturing

About the role

The Production Supervisor will ensure that the dairy and cereal manufacturing lines meet production schedules, safety, quality, hygiene and environmental standards while controlling costs. The role involves leading a team, driving continuous improvement and supporting sustainability initiatives within the factory.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee on‑time achievement of the production plan in compliance with legal and GMP requirements.
• Maintain clean and functional work areas, enforce personnel hygiene and safety standards.
• Keep risk assessments, safety maps and environmental hazard controls up to date; lead SHE investigations and corrective actions.
• Drive sustainability projects such as plastic reduction, waste minimisation and packaging optimisation.
• Oversee quality compliance, perform line controls, and lead quality investigations using problem‑solving tools.
• Implement TPM/LEAN and NCE practices on assigned lines and ensure rollout compliance.
• Manage people development plans, performance evaluations, talent assessments and coaching.
• Control material, labor and cost utilisation to achieve zero waste and meet audit standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in manufacturing supervision, preferably in food or beverage production.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SHE regulations and Lean/TPM methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams, conduct performance reviews and develop talent.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
