Project Lead

About the role

As a Project Lead at BCG’s Casablanca office, you will head consulting teams and partner with senior executives across multiple sectors, such as mining, financial services, government, and industrial goods. You will shape complex problems, craft strategic recommendations, and ensure projects deliver lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project teams to analyze intricate challenges and produce actionable strategies for senior client stakeholders.
• Manage project execution, guaranteeing high‑quality delivery, strong collaboration, and timely results.
• Build trusted relationships with client leaders and facilitate productive decision‑making.
• Coach and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing environment.
• Contribute to knowledge development and thought leadership within BCG practices.
• Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client engagement.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of relevant experience in top‑tier consulting or a related industry with demonstrated consulting exposure.
• Deep expertise in one or more sectors (e.g., mining, industrial goods, automotive, energy, government, banking, digital transformation).
• Proven project management and leadership abilities, capable of balancing multiple demands.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop transformative solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for cross‑functional alignment.
