Project Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Project Logistics Coordinator will manage the logistics aspects of change and replacement projects within the automotive supply chain. Based in the Oriental Region, you will ensure smooth transitions while maintaining key performance indicators such as stock levels and delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for product, process, production line, and plant relocation projects.
• Evaluate change projects against logistics constraints and define SOP dates.
• Lead kick‑off meetings, create customer overview lists, and align demand, production, and supply planning.
• Maintain master data for new articles (raw materials, semi‑finished or finished goods) and ensure accurate supply chain records.
• Support implementation to avoid impact on logistics KPIs.
• Manage logistics for phase‑in/phase‑out replacement projects, including pre‑serial checklists and zero‑leftover targets.
• Ensure master‑data creation for new items and monitor delivery against customer demand.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or BAC+5 in Industrial Engineering or Logistics.
• Experience in the automotive industry or logistics department is a plus.
• Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Based in the Oriental Region.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills.
