Project Manager

About the role

TE Connectivity is seeking a Project Manager to lead technical projects that support sales and marketing initiatives across diverse industries. The role combines resource coordination, risk management and direct customer interaction to deliver cost‑efficient solutions in the connectors and terminals business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to plan, execute and monitor assigned projects.
• Manage project resources, schedules, budgets and compliance with industry standards.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; escalate issues that cannot be resolved at the team level.
• Promote and apply PMO best practices, including Lean PD, Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Maintain direct communication with customers and the internal Project Steering Committee.
• Track project metrics and ensure conformance to established processes.

Required profile

• Formal project management education and/or PMP certification (or in progress).
• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience managing medium‑complexity projects in a regional setting.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive information‑sharing mindset.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
