Project Quality Manager (PQM)

About the role

As a Project Quality Manager (PQM) you will lead quality activities for the development and industrialisation of a new propulsion family program, ensuring that global quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the application of quality methodologies and drive continuous improvement.
• Define the quality roadmap, manage action plans, and provide forecasts from concept to SOP.
• Consolidate milestone quality processes, including issue, risk, and traceability management.
• Establish and maintain the quality organisation, acting as the liaison for core quality teams and all stakeholders.
• Assess secondary launches, write quality assessments, and ensure no quality impact during product or process changes after mass production.
• Report progress and KPIs to the Chief Engineer and maintain a quality project KPI book.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a quality‑related role within the automotive industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with a continuous‑improvement orientation.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PLM systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and KPI tracking.
