Property Management Officer (Back‑office)

About the role

We are looking for a Property Management Officer to join our back‑office team in Tangier. The role supports the operational and financial management of real‑estate assets in Belgium, ensuring smooth administration and tenant relations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes related to rental income, service charges and property expenses.
• Prepare and deliver recurring financial and operational reports (income, vacancy, costs, cash‑flow, light P&L) for multiple assets and legal entities.
• Communicate with tenants via email, WhatsApp and inbound calls in English and French, handling inquiries and service requests.
• Monitor, track and follow up on technical maintenance tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate between tenants, asset managers, brokers, accountants and contractors to facilitate efficient operations.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Background in real‑estate or property‑management environments.
• Experience in property administration, accounting or related financial roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to financial accuracy.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
