About the role

As a Remote Customer Support Agent you will provide top‑notch assistance to players through live chat, email and other communication channels. You will be the main point of contact, ensuring issues are resolved quickly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to player inquiries via live chat, email and other platforms.
• Manage player expectations by delivering timely updates and resolutions.
• Take ownership of incoming chats to guarantee no messages are left unanswered.
• Maintain accurate records of player issues and the solutions applied.
• Collaborate with other departments for administrative tasks and translations.
• Complete tasks essential to the company’s interests within set deadlines.

Required profile

• Excellent written communication skills in English, French and Arabic.
• Motivated, energetic and customer‑focused with a problem‑solving attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
