Remote Sales Representative – Home Office

About the role

eTeacher Group, a leading EdTech company, is seeking an English‑native Sales Representative to join its global sales team. Working from a home office, you will promote and sell our live online courses to prospective customers via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers, understand their learning needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Execute the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, using proven persuasion and objection‑handling techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system and follow up on leads promptly.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Continuously improve sales skills and meet or exceed monthly quota.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of successful phone‑based sales experience.
• Highly self‑motivated, confident, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as active listening skills.
• Reliable home‑office setup with quiet environment, Windows PC, high‑speed internet, and webcam availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
