Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team. The role involves selling the resort, handling inbound calls and emails, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the reservation process.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound reservation calls and emails, providing accurate information about the hotel.
• Capture sales and coordinate reservation details to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain global standards and quality assurance in all communications.
• Work closely with the Worldwide Reservations Office and the Reservations Manager.
• Manage room and rate availability, support group bookings, and build business relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi, or similar).
• Experience handling phone and email reservations.
