About the role

We are seeking an Export Department Manager to lead and expand the international sales activities of a leading industrial group operating in packaging and processing. The role will drive export strategy, manage end‑to‑end export operations and support the company’s growth ambitions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the group’s export strategy, set up processes and performance dashboards.
• Identify and prospect new foreign markets, build an export client portfolio and negotiate contracts.
• Oversee the full export cycle: commercial administration, international logistics, customs, Incoterms, payments and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with export promotion agencies, manage support programmes and subsidies.
• Lead an export team and collaborate with sales, finance, logistics and production functions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in International Trade, Supply Chain or related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in export operations, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Fluent French and English; additional language is a plus.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, deliver results and negotiate effectively.
