About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking a talented and creative All‑Day Dining Restaurant Manager to lead its restaurant operation. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant team with passion and creativity, ensuring high‑quality service.
- Select, recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.
- Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to design menus and wine lists.
- Control costs through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, inventory management, and cost‑control measures.
- Maintain standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Proven experience in managing a restaurant or all‑day dining outlet.
- Strong leadership and talent development abilities.
- Creative mindset with a focus on guest experience.
- Ability to work closely with senior Food & Beverage teams.
- Excellent organizational and cost‑management skills.
